G7th Performance 3 ART Classical Guitar Capo – Silver

Overview

The G7th Performance 3 ART Classical Guitar Capo in silver is the wider-neck version of G7th’s Performance 3 design. Its 65mm / 2.5-inch string pad is intended for classical and flamenco guitars, as well as wider-neck instruments such as seven- and eight-string electric guitars. Unlike a simple fixed-radius capo, the ART string pad can adapt to flat and radiused fingerboards. You can compare it with our other guitar capos.

Features & Benefits

Adaptive Radius Technology mechanically follows the curvature across the strings and fingerboard, helping the capo apply even pressure without using more force than necessary. G7th’s Unique Tension Control system is operated by squeezing the capo on and releasing it in the same intuitive way, giving you direct control over clamping pressure. Non-reactive silicone pads protect the instrument at the contact points, and the capo can be moved with one hand or parked on the headstock or behind the nut between songs.

Who Is It For?

This is the version to consider if you play classical, flamenco or another wider-neck guitar and want a premium capo that accommodates both flat and radiused boards. Players who care about quick changes and stable tuning should find the controlled-tension approach particularly useful. A good tuner and suitable guitar care products are sensible companions for a regularly gigged instrument.
