Ernie Ball Slash Signature Electric Guitar Strings – 11-48

Overview

The Ernie Ball Slash Signature 11-48 set was developed for players who want the familiar authority of a heavier electric set without giving up a responsive feel. Created through Ernie Ball’s long-standing work with Slash, these electric guitar strings balance strength, tuning stability and a clear nickel-wound voice for everyday playing, rehearsal and performance.

Features & Benefits

Paradigm core wire sits beneath a nickel-plated steel wrap, giving the wound strings a familiar electric-guitar character with added durability. Ernie Ball’s Everlast nanotreatment helps repel sweat, oils and debris, so the strings are better equipped to retain their tone between changes. The plain strings use heavier brass reinforcement at the ball ends for improved strength and stability, a detail developed around Slash’s Tune-O-Matic-equipped guitars. Who Is It For?

This is a strong option for rock players who favour an 11-48 gauge, use a Tune-O-Matic-style guitar, or simply want a slightly firmer set with corrosion protection. It should particularly appeal to players who bend hard but still want solid chord definition and dependable tuning.
